Welcome to Indonesia's Video Resource Center—your source for earth-shaking documentary films. Here Jungle Run adapts, promotes and distributes award-winning international films on environment and development while cultivating an audience for like-minded films produced in Indonesia and beyond. The end goal—empowering Indonesians to plot an informed, positive, sustainable course through a turbulent 21st century.
What films are available? We currently offer films produced by Television for the Environment (TVE) and TVE Asia Pacific (TVEAP) as well as films from our own Media in Motion series. We are the exclusive in-country distributors for popular TVE and TVEAP series including Earth Report, Hands On, Truth Talking and Life.
Our catalog lists Media in Motion films as well as TVE and TVEAP films currently available in Indonesia and now being dubbed or subtitled in Bahasa Indonesia. You may also search the full TVE catalogs at www.tve.org and www.tveap.org and suggest titles for inclusion in Indonesia's Video Resource Center (VRC).
I'm a broadcaster. How can I use the VRC? One goal of the VRC is to help Indonesian broadcasters affordably license top-quality programming on issues that impact viewers around the world. Request sample DVDs—or a personal screening with Jungle Run Productions—and tap into hundreds of hours of international productions which can be custom dubbed, titled, ‘topped’ and ‘tailed’ for your audience.
I'm not a broadcaster. How can I use the VRC? Another goal of the VRC is to assure that individuals, schools, universities, NGOs and government agencies have access to documentary films for non-profit educational screenings. Select films from our catalog and request copies on DVD or VCD. Films will be duplicated and shipped on a cost-recovery basis.
How can my large organization get involved? Contact us! With three full seasons of weekly programming now available in Indonesia—and more on the way—we offer a unique branding opportunity for organizations working in Indonesia. Sponsor a dedicated broadcast slot and align your organization with the practical yet passionate efficiency of Hands On programming or the uplifting stories of Truth Talking. These and other programs can be uniquely ‘topped’ and ‘tailed’ to reflect your organization's identity and involvement.
Can I distribute films through the VRC? Yes! Another goal of the VRC is to link independent filmmakers with a ready audience for films on environment and development. Contact us to discuss how your films can be locally adapted, distributed and promoted.

Who's behind all this? As the national partner for TVEAP, Jungle Run serves as one of fifteen VRCs in the Asia Pacific and one of fifty worldwide. We support TVEAP in realizing its not-for-profit aims: to use information and communication technologies to inspire public discussion and debate on sustainable development and social justice. In turn, TVEAP supports Jungle Run with access to award-winning broadcast programming and with seed funds to support localization, promotion and distribution of that programming.
